Organisations Supporting Migrants in Employment and beyond
Local authorities in South and West Yorkshire, charities, unions, community interest companies (C.I.C.s), community groups and limited companies play a vital role in employment support and rights advocacy for migrant and refugee workers in all kinds of jobs. Other organisations supporting migrant and refugee workers fall into several categories, working independently or in coordination with local authority initiatives. The table below reflects a mapping exercise of migrant and refugee organizations supporting migrants and refugees in the area of work, employment and wider welfare issues.
